Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase as much as we do, but if your not fully happy, you need to let us know as soon as possible.
You have 14 days to physically return the order to us. We recommend you hang onto your receipt from the Post Office until your refund has been cleared.
All items MUST be returned, unused, unworn and in there original packaging with all tags still attached.
Please make sure when trying on your purchase you are not wearing makeup, deodorant, tan or perfume that may transfer or leave a mark or sent.
Any returns that are damaged, soiled or not in the original condition may not be accepted and be returned back to you.
We recommend sending all returned items via recorded delivery and to retain proof of postage. We can not take responsibility for any items that may get lost during posting. We can not cover the cost of returns postage.
Once we have received the item back we will issue a refunds via the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of the items. This will not include the postage charge.
If you live local to our store, you can return the item directly to us, within 14 days of purchase and we will exchange or offer a credit note for the item.
Proof of purchase is required.
